Daniel Koroma

Daniel Koroma is a dedicated practitioner focused on corporate and commercial law. He holds an LL.B and a B.A. in Sociology from Fourah Bay College and was called to the Bar at the Sierra Leone Law School. At KMK he advises on tax and revenue law, banking law, and company law, providing legal research, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance support, and combining legal knowledge with an understanding of social and economic dynamics.
